Before Your Service
A few days before, we’ll send you a friendly text/email reminder with our location and your appointment time. We know first hand that Bay Area traffic is a drag, so we appreciate it when you arrive on time!
Once you arrive, remain in your car. Text us to let us know you’re here and we’ll reply to let you know we’re ready for you.

During Your Service
Your initial procedure will take anywhere from 1.5 - 3 hours depending on the service you choose. During your service, you are free to talk to us about your amazing day, your crappy boss, your overbearing mother-in-law, take a nap or jam out to your favorite ‘me-time’ playlist. It’s all up to you!
After Your Service
After your service, you’ll never want to leave! But in case you HAVE to, we’ll shoot you a text a couple days after to check in and see how you are doing. You can always call, text and email us too for any questions /concerns!
