LASH EXTENSIONS

I'M READY TO BOOK
Before Your Appointment
Remove all make-up and oils from eye area and eyelashes, including eyeliner, eye shadow, eye creams, eye serums and foundations. Shower before arrival as you will not be able to get them wet for 48 hours. Avoid curling your lashes the day of lash application.
Recommended Aftercare Products
LASH CLEANSER & EXTENSION-SAFE MAKEUP REMOVER - Using a compatible cleanser safely and effectively removes makeup without disrupting the adhesive bond
LINT-FREE SWABS - Similar to cotton swabs but without the cotton so your extensions don’t snag or end up with lint in them
LASH BRUSH - Always keep with you & brush only as needed (excessive brushing can cause premature lash shedding)
During the First 48 Hours
It takes up to 48 hours for the adhesive to cure (dry) thoroughly and yield a strong, durable bond. During this time, the bond is vulnerable to moisture, steam, excessive heat and friction from rubbing and cleansing.
AVOID: Showering or wetting your eyelashes
Exposure to heat, steam, sauna and friction
Application of eye and eyelash cosmetics
Sleeping on side or stomach
Receiving chemical treatments, such as eyelash tinting or perming
Receiving irritating eye-area treatments, such as strong chemical peels, skin-resurfacing procedures, eyebrow waxing or laser treatments
How to Cleanse
Take two disposable applicators or your cleansing brush - saturate with your cleanser.
Place one above and one below your eyelash extensions and gently scrub left to right while slowly moving both applicators along your lashes from base to tip.
Slightly lift your lid (with eyes closed) and use the tip of your applicator or brush to clean the base of your lashes to remove any residual makeup, oils and debris.
Make sure you rinse with water to remove remaining cleanser, pat dry with a towel/cloth then brush while using a fan to dry or your blow dryer on low and cool.
After the First 48 Hours
Although the adhesive has fully cured at this point, constant exposure to moisture, steam, heat, incompatible cosmetics, and friction from rubbing and cleansing may impact the durability of the adhesive bond. Make sure to clean your extensions with a lash extension-safe cleanser on a daily basis to keep the longevity of your extensions.
AVOID:
Excessive exposure to heat, steam, sauna and friction
Use of oil-based eye care products on or near your eyelashes, such as an eye cream, Vaseline and cleansers
Use of waterproof cosmetic products on or near the lashes, including waterproof mascara and eyeliner
Excessive mascara application
Use of mechanical curlers
Picking or pulling on your eyelashes
Excessively rubbing of your eyes
To prevent damage to your eyelash extensions, care should be taken when receiving any of the following procedures:
Strong chemical peels or skin resurfacing procedures that come in direct contact with the eye area
Facial treatments and facial massages that include direct contact with the eye area and extended eyelashes
